Excellent endcapping

● The packing adopts a unique endcapping technology to greatly reduce the residual silanol group on the surface of silica gel and improve the peak shape of alkaline samples. Note: Amitriptyline has relatively strong basicity and is prone to some ion exchange with the acidic silanol group in neutral mobile phase. Therefore, when the silanol group residues are relatively high, it will lead to severe amitriptyline tailing, stronger retention, and also greater selectivity with neutral structural analogs of acenaphthene

Small peak spread for preparation

● The filler has moderate bonding amount and uniform bonding density, largely improving the utilization of the bonding phase. When the sample loading increases, the spreading of the peak shape is relatively small, which is more conducive to the separation of fractions with high concentration and excellent purity.
