ChiralGel Series Chiral Chromatography Column

       The polysaccharide derivative-based chromatographic coloumn has the greatest versatility and can solve about 90% of the chiral separation problems. ChiralGel is a series of chiral columns prepared by immobilizing polysaccharide derivatives on silica gel surface by means of coating. It features wide selectivity and high sample loading capacity, and is suitable for normal phase mode, reversed phase mode, polar organic mode as well as SFC system. Compared with the same type of domestic chiral columns in the market, the ChiralGel series of Acchrom has the advantages of high column efficiency, excellent selectivity and stability, with the performance achieving the level of imported chiral columns of the same type. 

       The stationary phase of the ChiralGel chiral column is a spherical silica gel coated with a quantity of straight chain starch derivatives or cellulose derivatives on the surface. The particle sizes are available in 5μm and 7μm. The four structures of ChiralGel AH, BH, CH and DH have the most extensive application and can solve about 80% of the chiral separation problems in total.
