The Fidaxomicin special filler is designed to address the problem of separation and purification of Fidaxomicin raw materials arising from microbial fermentation process and features high efficiency and specific selectivity. The product adopts spherical silica gel as the substrate, and the surface is modified with efficient selective groups, the normalized content of the purified product is up to 97%, meanwhile, in the process of separation and purification, the key impurities of the product are controlled at about 0.1%, and the recovery of the series of useful components can be maximized.
